The Erbil Rotana hotel is very neat and up to standards, located in a very secured and convenient area in Erbil. Whether for leisure or official purposes, you will enjoy and remember the pleasing experience. The rooms are comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated, and cover all your needs. The service is friendly and professional, taking care of guests with enthusiasm. The location is near the center, close to the airport, and well-appointed with excellent customer service. The dining experience offers fresh and good products, though it could have a bit more selection. The facilities meet expectations with great service starting from the airport, welcoming guests with a smile and ensuring a fast check-in/out process.

Staying at Rotana Erbil was a delightful experience. The rooms, especially those with the view of the biggest park in Erbil, Sami Abdulrahman, were spacious, clean, and provided a beautiful sunrise every morning. The management ensured a comfortable and content stay. The service offered by the amazing, well-trained staff was exceptional, making us feel truly cared for. The location, close to the airport and boasting excellent customer service, was convenient for a pleasant stay. The dining experience was a culinary journey with a wide variety of delicious specialties from around the world. While the facilities were top-notch, the prompt laundry service was a standout feature. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor downsides.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and with very functional facilities, extremely clean, modern, and had a large mini-bar option. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Yohana and Ms. Mahmoud for their help and support in making my stay wonderful. The location was excellent, close to almost everything in the city. The dining options were rich with International and Arabic food. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
